Book the Hall

If you have an Ad-hoc event and would like to book the MAIN HALL or the smaller JUBILEE HALL at Bisley Village Hall, please follow the steps below. You may want to check HALL RATES before you book. Please note that there is a minimum hire period of 3hrs for Ad-hoc bookings.

If you are organising a large scale event and would like to be shown around the facility before you book, please click here to email a show around request.

If you are interest in booking our hall as Regular User please email our BOOKINGS OFFICER (Check hall availability first.)

Please note that we are no longer able to accept bookings with bouncy castles or inflatables.

If at any stage you have any problems with the booking process or indeed you would like to ask a question before booking, please do email our booking officer at bookings@bisleyvillagehall.org. Please note that all trustees are volunteers, so whilst they may not back to you immediately, we do aim to reply within a couple of days.

BOOKING STEPS

STEP 1:  Check availability by going to our LIVE CALENDAR. Once you have found a suitable date, you can click on the + sign  and add your details to the Hallmaster booking system.   This will save this date for you as a provisional booking until our bookings officer confirms it. It is really important that you now follow Step 2 below and send a booking form straight away.

Please note that all regular hirer's bookings take priority - some of these bookings will only be processed onto the system 3 months in advance so if you book well in advance of your event date, your booking date may not available, however we will write to let you know.

STEP 2: You will need to read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS then print off and sign a BOOKING FORM. and return this form at the time of making your booking request. You can scan or send a screen shot or a photo of the competed form to:  bookings@bisleyvillagehall.org.

If a booking form is not received within 3 days of the booking request coming in, your booking request may be cancelled.

STEP 3: Once your booking has been confirmed and we have your completed booking form back, we will issue an invoice to be paid within 7 days.  You will notice that you will be charged a deposit which is returnable provided the hall is left clean and tidy, tables and chairs returned, bins emptied. Please read Terms and Conditions thoroughly to ensure you have a clear understanding of what we expect in order to return your deposit.  We have also compiled a handy CHECKLIST to ensure that you have everything covered in order for your deposit to be returned.

STEP 4: Get ready to enjoy your event!  Here's a little user guide ahead of your visit.  You will be given a keycode in the week prior to your event, usually around two days beforehand. If you need to contact someone urgently whilst your event is taking place, click here.
