ARE YOU A CARER ?
If you look after anyone who couldn’t manage without your help, you are a carer.
- Luminous listen to the experiences of carers (of all ages) to ensure their views are heard in the design and delivery of the services they use.
- They then feedback to commissioners/providers and stakeholders to let them know what services are working for carers, which ones do not meet their needs, what barriers there are to accessing services and any gaps. All in the hope that positive change happens.
- They also signpost to other services and organisations that help and support carers.
